How can i get the voucher for CSA exam ?

As per the latest exam vendor changes, the previous vouchers are no longer valid.

You will need to pay for the exam yourself or request funding from your company if they sponsor certifications. At the moment, there are no active campaigns or promotions from ServiceNow offering free vouchers or reimbursement.

you simply cannot because no voucher exist anymore.

After completing the traning you will be able to sit the exam but it is a subject to payment.

There no voucher concept anymore.

Note: if it is discount coupon(voucher in that sense) provided by your organization, Talk to your organization.

As of late 2025, ServiceNow has replaced the Webassessor platform with  Pearson Vue and removed the traditional voucher system, rendering old or unused vouchers invalid.

Exam registration is now handled directly through Now Learning/Servicenow University, where you have to pay $300 + taxes, with exam eligibility valid for 90 days after completing training.
