Hi everyone,
We are using an Employee Service Center (ESC) portal where Now Assist is enabled in Virtual Agent. Our portal includes both HR and IT-related content.
We have a requirement to restrict the visibility of Now Assist within Virtual Agent on certain pages:
- HR-related pages
- Portal home page
We only want Now Assist to be available for IT-related pages/use cases.
Is it possible to configure such page-level restrictions for Now Assist in Virtual Agent? If yes, what would be the recommended approach?
