Expand the character limit for prompts to perform Code Generation

We are evaluating the constraints of the Code Generation skill embedded in the Now Assist for Creator experience, specifically within the “Code with Now Assist” dialog and related prompt‑entry areas used for natural‑language instructions.

During testing, we observed that natural‑language prompts appear limited to roughly 300 characters/words, after which the UI stops accepting input or the platform truncates the prompt before sending it to the LLM.

We would like your clarification on the following points:

  1. What control do customers have to extend the natural‑language prompt size used by Now Assist for Creator (Code Generation, App Generation, Flow Generation)?
  2. Is there any supported configuration, system property, admin setting, or plugin parameter that allows increasing the input limit beyond the current constraint?
  3. Can the limit be increased by:
    • modifying NowLLM configuration,
    • switching the LLM provider, or
    • adjusting token or prompt‑size settings in Generative AI Controller?
  4. If the input limit cannot be extended, is the limitation:
    • UI‑level,
    • Creator skill–level, or
    • LLM token‑window based?
