I am new to the Agentic AI course and need to set-up an account to enable me carry-out the hands-on projects.

Can I please get a step-by step guidance on how to set this up?

For hands-on projects, you’ll want to start with a ServiceNow Developer Account, which is free and open to all learners. You can create your own Personal Developer Instance (PDI) by following this guide:

For structured learning, also explore ServiceNow University  – it offers curated courses and certifications.


The Now Support portal is only accessible to users from ServiceNow customer or partner organizations with a registered company email. If you're part of such an organization, your admin can help set it up.
