Lab Instance not validating

I failed initial validation on an instance. I tried again but every time I do, the interface changes, sometimes omitting some of the important information to complete the instance. I have restarted the instances=, even terminated and begun all over again but still not working.

it's clear what happened but I would need to know more context - what is the step not being validated, what class, what you did?

Please share the rejected validation message, it can bring some lights into why it was not validated. also share the requiremens (what you were doing) and the records (what you did).

In general, some of the actions are required to be done with a particular user (Platform User, Abel Tutor, ...) so be sure this is correct, eventually repeat the steps under the proper user impersonated.

Also, if you are more than 80 % then you already complete the class.
