how to create the new dictionary entry relation ship?

i am unable to open the "sys_dictionary_relationship.list". Could you please check .

So you want to make the change in this pop-up window. Right-click on the impacted user, select Configure Dictionary, and then go to the Attributes related list.

After adding the attribute, if you want to make changes, you can go to the UI Macro. Alternatively, it’s better to copy this macro and make the changes as per your requirement.

This table itself is not present "sys_dictionary_relationship"

what's your actual business requirement?
