How to disable now assist execution (view AI steps)

Hello Everyone,

 

Is it possible to disable the View AI steps?, it is just showing the logs of which AI agent or topic has been executed. It is showing in AI agent studio testing page and NAP

Hi @JK9903 I doubt this can be disabled because the system needs to tell the user how and what the AI agent is doing. Therefore, it is recommended to keep it enabled; otherwise, it becomes a black box.

View AI steps in the Now Assist Panel (NAP) and Agent Studio has been designed for debugging and transparency during testing. 

 

You cannot completely disable the underlying logging functionality; you can hide or minimize the visibility of these steps during testing.

Hi, the attached screenshot is from Teams. I have connected ServiceNow and Teams, and I’m seeing logs in Teams that I do not want to be visible.
