agentic workflow is only running form now assist panel and not from the trigger condition

Hi team,

There is the OOB agentic workflow called 'classify tasks'. I have added a trigger condition to it but it is not triggering the workflow. It is only triggering when i specify it in the now assist panne stating 'Predict subcategory for xyz incident'

The backend flow also is triggering and is active and has successful execution logs as well

Am i missing something . Kindly help

I have read you cannot attach active triggers to a base OOB agentic template. You will need to duplicate it to another workflow and add the trigger to that.
