In virtual agent - Now assist - LLM - I need to configure when greeting start then ask user "How can I help you ?"

 

e.g user Type " My approvals " then automatically it will execute the topic for " My approval" or if multiple topics then show the options.

e.g same way other options " My ticket status " or "RITM000133 status " then automatically it will execute the topic for "my ticket status open"

 

Please let me know , howI can achieve above ?

This requires a full-fledged configuration. You need to link Now Assist with VA for it to work. We did the same for our client, and it’s working fine. Follow the 2nd link:
