Hi everyone,
I’m trying to enhance the AI Search Assist experience on a Record Producer by including Genius Results, specifically the Now Assist Multi‑Content synthesized response along with KB articles and catalog suggestions.
I’ve already updated the existing Search Application Profile to include Genius Result for Now Assist Multi‑Content responses. However, when I use the search variable inside the record producer, the synthesized response doesn’t appear. Only standard search results show up.
I’m not sure whether this is actually supported out‑of‑box for Record Producers, or if it requires custom configuration or UI extension.
Has anyone successfully enabled Genius Result + Multi‑Content synthesized responses for Record Producer search?
