Issue in AI search source indexing for Now Assist Skill (RAG tool search profile)

We are facing an issue in indexed source where it is always indexing only two records of the project table instead of indexing all the records present in the project table. As a result of that we were unable to retrieve the matching project details in our custom now assist skill. When we test the custom skill it is always returning either of those 2 indexed project records. We are using RAG tool where this indexed source is referenced under search profile. Also there is a warning on the indexed source - "Warning: This indexed source has record limit in place for optimal performance. Please review and manage your indexed documents to ensure all relevant and important data gets indexed. For more information, visit Help Article."
