KB Generation Skill – “Write about HR Case” window not appearing while creating Knowledge Article.

Hello everyone,

I am trying to create a Knowledge Article from an HR Case using the KB Generation skill. However, the “Write about HR Case” window is not appearing during the process.

Has anyone encountered this issue before?

Could you please advise what configurations, roles, or plugins are required to make the “Write about HR Case” option available?

Hi @GAURAV333 ,

 

If you are looking for  “Write about HR Case” option , you need sn_hr_core.case_writer role. 

 

If you have that then validate your set up from scratch: refer : KB2633869  

 

1. I guess at your end , 'KB Generation' skill if it is not already active.

2. Verify the skill configuration for 'KB Generation' to confirm it is properly set up.
3. If issues persist, review the skill configuration display settings in NAA.
4. Ensure the user has the role 'sn_hr_core.basic', as the skill 'KB Generation' requires this role to display the 'Create Knowledge' UI action on all HRSD products.
5. If the skill is active and required roles are provided, then the 'Create Knowledge' button appears in HR Agent Workspace and Core UI.
