Hi everyone,
I was wondering if anyone had any success writing prompts for the LLM-enabled user inputs.
Ideally I want the VA to pick up on the answers for these questions from the initial contact.
"I'm having an issue with my Laptop this morning whilst working from home, Asset: 200500, my number is 07893xxxxx, I'm available all day"
Issue
Time
Location
Hardware
Asset
Contact number
Availability
All of these could be excluded from what the VA asks the user if the prompts are setup up correctly.
I have 'Automatic Slot Filling' enabled on each of my them.
I'm just not sure how in-depth these need to be before they affect it negatively.
So just wondering if anyone had any success with these?
