Now Assist TMT Plugin Generate Resolution Notes not Appearing in IN-Product Desktok(Workspace)
Though It Appear In Now Assist Pannel

Did you try resolving the issue or moving the record to the next state? The popup should appear automatically in that case. This is how it works with incidents."
