I am trying to understand the out-of-box MCP Server Console tool availability for HRSD Pro Plus and ITSM Pro Plus licensing.
From the documentation, the Quickstart Server appears to include:
lookup_incident_records
incident_summarization
lookup_case_records
case_summarization
My question is:
How many MCP tools are provided out of the box with HRSD Pro Plus or ITSM Pro Plus, and is there any official list of those tools by product/license entitlement?
I am specifically looking for clarity on:
The exact OOB tool count
Which tools are included with HRSD vs ITSM
Whether any additional tools are available beyond the Quickstart Server tools
Where we can find the official mapping between license and MCP tool availability
Any official documentation or confirmation from the community would be appreciated.
