Resolving Duplicate Topic Suggestions in Now Assist Virtual Agent

Hi Community,

I have recently implemented Now Assist for Virtual Agent, and it is working as expected. However, I am encountering an issue where duplicate options are being presented to the end user, as shown in the image.

When a user requests to create an incident, the Virtual Agent returns multiple clickable action links. I would like to streamline this experience so that Now Assist is the only method offered.

Specifically, I want to prevent the legacy Record Producer links and legacy topics from appearing in the chat, without permanently removing or deleting them from the system.

Any guidance or suggestions on how to achieve this would be greatly appreciated.
