How to change the VA chat icon background color from purple to blue in now assist chat without modifying property value of propety - 'com.glide.cs.advanced-chat-popover'.

I want to change something, but not in the way the system is set up to change it.

 

What is your reason for not wanting to modify properties?
Next to that: doesn't ServiceNow have this information stored internally? That the documentation shared with customers isn't complete or comprehensive, we all know, but why are these kinds of questions asked on the Community by ServiceNow Employees?

No, you can use the property only to make change in icon.
