Hi Everyone,
Ideally, when clicking in 'summarize' button it loads the case summarization on workspace.
But I have a requirement that Auto summarize HR case summary by now assist without manually clicking the 'summarize' button on HR case workspace. Could you please someone help me to achieve this requirement.
Also, where "summarize" button script is configured ? how can we modify this functionality to auto load summarization notes on HR workspace when these fields changes: Short description, description, Priority, State, Additional comments, Work notes.
