here regarding survey the issue is we have updated the existing survey questions where the label has been chnaged fro 3 survey questions and there are saved inflight records means before the deployment of the chnages in qa we had saved survey questions where the existing questions also these chnages should be updated but tester is saying that the updated existing questions are not visible in the existing saved survey tell me how to find the root cause of this issue
