NLU service not available – Unable to create required intents in Virtual Agent Simulator lab

Hi Team,

I am working on the Virtual Agent Simulator lab and facing an issue in the Create NLU Intents task.

The system shows the error: Some features may not be available because the connection to NLU Service is not available.

Due to this: -

-I cannot create new intents InternetIssues and HardwareIssues -

-Rename is not saving

-Move utterances is not working properly

I have already: -

-Created the NLU model

-Imported intents

-Added utterances

But due to NLU service issue, I am unable to complete the task.

Requesting support or manual validation.

Hi Team, I am also facing the same issue in the "Create Entities" task. I am unable to annotate the entity in the utterance because the NLU service is not available. Even after selecting the word "Internet", the entity is not getting applied or saved. Requesting assistance or manual validation. Thanks.

Hi Team,

I am working on the Virtual Agent Simulator lab and facing an issue in the "Train the NLU Model" task.

The system shows errors related to NLU Service not being available and vocabulary sources not being synced (cityLocation).

Due to this:
- I am unable to sync vocabulary sources
- Vocabulary sources are read-only and cannot be deleted
- Model training fails
- "Try model" is not available because training is not completed

I was able to:
- Create the NLU model
- Add intents and utterances
- Attempt training

However, I am unable to train and test the model because vocabulary sources cannot be synced due to NLU service issue.

Requesting assistance or manual validation for this task.
