I'm trying to duplicate a form setup that our SNOW vendor setup for us, and I can't for the life of me find where it's done.
We've got a Request form where, when it's submitted, the workflow creates a task saying "Email <department> with <info>". When you open up that Task and click on the Email button, it auto-populates with an email template that includes the standard wording required.
I'm trying to do the same thing with another form, but I cannot for the life of me find *where* this gets setup. Can anyone help me out? I'm checking out the workflow editor where the task is being created, but I can't spot where this email template gets added in.
