The Links of catalog item from VA chat goes to id=va_sc_cat_item instead of id=sc_cat_item

We have a requirement where, upon searching for any catalog item using the Now Assist Virtual Agent, the link generated in the VA chat points to id=va_sc_cat_item instead of the expected id=sc_cat_item.
For example, the link currently appears as:
But it should be:
https://xyz.service-now.com/gsc?id=sc_cat_item&sys_id=46by08b84f1af2703743d47f0310c7id
Please assist in resolving this issue.

Try this and see if this helps
1) create new record into "sys_cs_portal_url_mapping" table
2) Something like this, give your portal
Configure URL navigation for chat links
