Hi All,
We have enabled Now assist Virtual Agent on Microsoft Teams. After enabling when we ran the topics in MS teams Chat topics directly routs to the It Agent instead of continuing with the topic.
But the same topics are working correctly over the end user portal.
Additionally, when we check the NLU version of Virtual Agent on teams it is working as expected.
After enabling the channel from Assistants do we need to do any other configuration to make the Now Assist on VA MS teams Working??
Any help would be appreciated.!!!
