Unable to create intents - NLU Service not available

Hi Team, I am currently working on an NLU Workbench task in ServiceNow (Virtual Agent). However, I am facing an issue where the system shows the error: "Connection to NLU Service is not available." Due to this issue: - I am unable to create intents - The "Add intent" button is not working - The intent window does not close after clicking "Add intent" - The Train button is disabled I have already tried the following: - Restarted the lab instance multiple times - Cleared browser cache - Tried different approaches But the issue still persists. Request your support to resolve this issue or provide a workaround so I can complete the task. Thanks in advance.
