Unable to Resume CSA Exam Application – 414 Request‑URI Too Large Error

Hello,
I am trying to resume my CSA exam application on the NowLearning portal, but when I click Resume, I receive the following error:

414 Request‑URI Too Large

The page does not load further.
I have tried clearing cache, incognito mode, using different browsers, and logging out and back in, but the issue persists.

Could someone help me reset my exam session or guide me on how to resolve this?

Navigate to the University > Help Centre to

Hi @divyakrupab 

 

Try with Incognito/Private browser once.

Also click on Terms link and read full till the end and then click on Resume

 

If nothing works -> Log a case to ServiceNow now Learning .
