vsdx type of attachment is not allowed even after adding it our system property extensions

ensure these things

1) glide.attachment.extensions -> is blank so that it allows all file types

2) glide.attachment.blacklisted.extensions  -> check if that file type is not blacklisted

Enable allow list for attachments in ServiceNow instance hardening
