Agentic AI Define Trigger: "KB Number" showing as "undefined" in Now Assist Panel

Hi Community,
I'm working on an Agentic AI use case where I’ve defined a trigger in ServiceNow to activate when feedback is given on a knowledge article and the feedback rating is less than 2. The trigger is working as expected.
However, in the Now Assist Panel, instead of showing the KB Number, it displays "undefined".
I want to display the actual KB number or KB article ID in the response shown in the panel.
Has anyone faced this issue?
How can I fix this so that the KB number shows properly in the output instead of "undefined"?
