I'm working on a requirement to update the Now Mobile Incident record view.
- Retain Short Description at the top of the incident record view.
- Display Problem Statement on the incident detail view.
- Remove a duplicate Urgency field and retain only a single Urgency field.
- Add Business Impact in the position previously occupied by the duplicate Urgency field.
What is the recommended way to add/remove fields from the Now Mobile Incident record view—through Mobile App Builder, Mobile Form Screen configuration, or another method?
