Case Summarization skill doesn't use the latest prompt

Hi,
We recently cloned the OOTB prompt using the Now Assist Skill Kit and tried to create our own version of the prompt.
We noticed this led to a few 'Default' versions of the prompt. It does seem to work fine in our development environment. When we moved this to a higher environment, it seems to not work and use the OOTB version of the prompt, which happens to be one of the 'default' versions.
We have tried publishing a newer version and make it the default but it hasn't helped. Has anyone faced the same issue and successfully resolved it?

If you are using update set to capture the changes, that doesn't work for me. So I usually use the Add to Update set option on the Now Assist Skill Kit to create an update set of the skill and then commit that update set to Production.

Thanks @SanjivMeher . I have tried the 'Add to Update Set' option and applied it on top of it but this hasn't helped either.
It seems like a bug. I have tried to look into the backend tables and see if you can make some of the 'Default' prompts as not 'Default' but its only read-only
