Does ServiceNow provide a cross-platform, human-interactive testing approach similar to ATF?

I’m exploring automated testing options in ServiceNow and I’m familiar with ATF (Automated Test Framework) for UI and functional testing. However, I’m wondering if there is any cross-platform solution that supports human-interactive testing similar to ATF, but not limited to the ServiceNow platform itself.

For example, something that could handle workflows involving external systems or applications while still providing interactive steps for testers.

Does ServiceNow offer such a capability, or are there recommended best practices or third-party tools for this scenario?

You need to use some other testing tool for your requirement.

Some of the tool I used is Selenium, Automate pro, Tricentis Tosca.

ATf is limited to Servicenow platform only.

ServiceNow does not currently provide a built-in solution for cross-platform, human-interactive testing beyond ATF. For complex workflows, third-party tools or custom automation frameworks are the recommended approach.
