whenever i try to submit the catalog and create a RITM in service now through the virtual agent. It gives this error. Also the requestor item value is set for the logged in user. Also we are using catalog client script for setting the value of the requested for. I think the error is about using catalog client script as VA uses server side for creating RITM.
