Hi everyone,
We are currently activating the contract metadata extraction skill for CM pro but upon testing we encounter error message "The metadata extraction has failed. Please contact your system administrator." when we click the Initiate metadata extraction button. May I ask if anyone encounter the same issue and if you can share on how to fix it.
