Facing issue while using now assist

Hello Servicenow Community,

 
I have configured the now assist but whenever i am using the now assist feature either i am getting a message "Sorry, there was a problem on my side trying to complete this request. Try asking again later." or the loading of now assist goes on and the result never shows up when i click on "Summary" button.

We are also facing this issue Is there any permanent solution to this issue.

I am facing the same issue, but in Virtual Agent. Do you have any solution for that?

HI @MayankGupta77  - there can be only two reason before you raise ticket with HI support, Upgrade your Now assist or AI agents and Virtual agents, Generative Ai controller, if it is not latest version. See if any platform version upgrade can help.  although this is intermittent issue, check whatever the action you are performing is passed in flow  through valid in the logs.

In Virtual Agent Designer, can you check if "Summarize Conversation" is a topic or an action? I don't see it here in my instance. Typically if your question matches a "topic" it will start the conversation in the context of a topic. But if it matches an "action" and there is no input for the action to work (e.g incident number...), Now Assist responds error. There could be other internal issue but this is one finding from my side.
