Failure with Build Agent

I am trying to create an app using the Build Agent in my PDI but it always fails with same error saying the scope is not unique, no matter what scope or app name I use.  

[ide] [ERROR] Failed to create fluent app MxA1p for scope x_1885552_mxa1p

[ide] [ERROR] Error: Error:  Ensure scope is unique on instance and app repo. (sys_script_include.45007ce54fda021028106c01b1ce0b8f.script; line 77)

If I try this with ServiceNow studio, it just runs for iternity and never comes back. Does this look like an issue with my PDI or is there something else wrong here?

From Error it seems whatever scope name you r giving, it already exists. if It is PDI, try with Alphanumeric char name and then try.

It means you have different scope names on instance and app repository. Both places it has to be same and unique.
