Needed the content inside the documents from the SharePoint online external content connector

Hi everyone,

Was working on this POC and was not able to fetch the content inside Docx document in the external SharePoint connector, the docx was there on the SharePoint and the same was visible in the ServiceNow but it only provides link and i can't seem to get the content inside the documents.

Just for My Understanding if i got the Problem Statement Correct--> Are you looking for Attachment Indexing also when your Search source is External i.e Share Point here?

Hello @rpriyadarshy ,
Well more or less i just want that the docs or pdf which i have on the SharePoint, i want that when i search in AI search it seems like AI search can read data from within the documents. But i need the data of the documents not just the links of the sharepoint document.

Ok So External Source i.e SharePoint --> Attachments must also be Indexed as a part of Data Source Indexing.
