Hide OOB Now Assist Side Panel Prompt Message

How can I hide OOB Now Assist Side Panel Prompt Message or from where this prompt is showing up?

As per the requirement, Now Assist side panel should remain hidden by default, and only display prompts when explicitly requested by the agent

My asking was if I would like to deactivate these prompts viz "To give you an idea of what I do .... " how can I do?

I believe they are not able to be deactivated at this time.
