How can I add ticket number to now assist chat history

Hi:
We have Now Assist for ITSM.
When I go to 'All chats' from Now Assist Panel, I am able to click on the clock icon to see history of now assist, but it does not display the ticket #. Is there a way to include that INC # in the chat history? Thank you!

You can achieve this by creating a Business Rule on the interaction table... This rule would trigger upon the creation or update of an interaction record and automatically populate the incident reference field with the corresponding incident number. By establishing this relationship, the incident number will be accessible in the chat history, providing agents with quick access to the associated ticket details....
