In PDI you can't get access to either if AI Agent nor to Now Assist.

"Now Assist" refers specifically to ServiceNow's AI-powered platform feature designed to enhance user productivity within the ServiceNow platform by offering proactive suggestions and conversational interactions, while a broader term like "AI agent" encompasses any software program that uses artificial intelligence to autonomously perform tasks or interact with users, potentially across various platforms and functionalities, not just limited to ServiceNow

Did u enabled any skills from Now Assist Admin Console?

Try this and see if this is appearing there or not?

I'm an individual user, not an enterprise user. Can I experience the functions of ServiceNow's AI Agent? And can I use AI Agent Studio?

Now Assist is not available on PDI so you can't use or experience it. For this you need a customer distance, but, you can go to Now Learning and do the Now Assists course where you will get the lab instance and get hands on.
