I am using AI Agent Studio to develop an AI Agent.
Under the Create and manage menu of AI Agent Studio, I've defined the specialty, and in the Add tools and information section, I have added a Search Retrieval Tool as shown in the first screen shot. In the Search profile field, I specified the OOB [Ticket Status] Task Search profile, and in the Search source field I specified the OOB Incident source. I would like to be able to select the Created and Updated fields in the Fields returned box, but only certain fields are selectable there. Some of these fields are shown in the second screen shot.
I have searched (pun intended) all over the docs, the community, etc; and have looked through the AI Search Admin Console, but haven't yet found where I can configure the system so that these fields are available in the search retrieval tool. I would appreciate any guidance on this.

Per ServiceNow support, the Fields Returned field will only show field names directly defined on the listed table, ie incident in my example. It will not show fields from a parent table. This would be a nice option but it just isn't there now. To see all the fields from task, like the updated field, I need to create a new search source definition, and then include child tables on that definition.
