How to find AI agent updated history

Hi,

 

I have created a agentic workflow for HRSD for benefits where we can update a medical policy for an employee.

After the flow runs we can see the flow work well and field is updated but in the history we are unable to recognize who updated it. It shows a sys id but we are unable to find that sysid and for every flow it is different.

 

Please help to know how i can find out the record has been updated by AI Agent

Hi @divyanshupa 

 

To get a list of records updated by an AI Agent in ServiceNow, query the sn_aia_agent and sn_aia_usecase tables in the AI Agent Studio, or monitor the sys_audit table for updates made by the specific agent user account, often triggered by Agentic Workflows.

 

For specific data, check audit logs on the Incident (incident) or Case (sn_customerservice_case) tables if those tools were used
