We have installed the latest version of the Now Assist tools, and a new skill has been added for identifying duplicate knowledge articles. We have followed the documentation to configure and enable it, but no data has been generated. I have changed the job frequency from once a month to run once and other choices, but I don't know how to see if the job is activated and running.
Has anyone else tried this yet and successfully generated duplicate article data?

Thank you for the list name. I did look there and I see 3 jobs with 10% progress that have been running for 11 days. I don't see a way to stop them so that only one is still running. All I see is an Execute Now button. I am not an Admin, so maybe I need her to stop the jobs?

@Vickie Runyon - If there are any errors, that will be logged in syslog table with the prefix "sn_km_gen_ai : KMGAFUtilsSNC"
And also check for the errors with the prefix "GAF: " in syslog table.
I am suspecting that clustering issues might have made that job stuck.

@anubhavkapoor76 Having not been in the syslog table very much, I could use some further direction on filtering it down. the prefix that you mention - will that show in the Message field? Same for the prefix GAF that you mention. Obviously, the syslog table is huge and I need to filter it. I tried filtering in the message field on the prefix you mentioned and didn't get any results for the day that I started the job.
