How to find works done under a assignment group for Incident

I wanted to know how to get the information of works done under a assignment group in Incident. If there are reassignment, I wanted to Specific each assignment groups and the works that were done under each assignment group. Kindly let me know if we can fetch the data.

Thanks for your response. But by using metrics we can only track the change of assignment group. My requirement is to fetch the details of tasks that was done under a assignment group.
For example : when the incident was under Assignment Group A, these tasks were performed and in case it was reassigned then , I need details like "when the incident was under Assignment Group B, these actions were done. 
I need to include this in summarization

No mate, that is not possible in metric and no way yo find out that as well.
