How to properly define instruction and where

Dear all,

When playing as practice case with AI agent in Agent studio, there are in many part of if fields that needs to be filled like :

• name
• description ( depending of the object sometimes mark as AI instruction)
• Instruction (AI instruction)

Those fields can be seen when you create Use Case, Ai Agent, tool

Where confusion is in my brain is the following :
-> by having work in some model design using n8n workflow platform, I have been face that importance is given in the order things gets describe in the model prompt and tight to the anacronym "CLEAR"
C : Context
L : language
A: Action
R: Rules

In Agent studio  as explained earlier the mention "AI Instruction" appears in different object and the confusion stand at what should be define in those. Does the "CLEAR" pattern must be define in each of them or does the "CLEAR" is divided in different object Ai instruction ?

I have run in a previous test with modeling platform that if the prompt gets duplicated information at some points it is becoming a bit wierd.

What are the rules and guide line in Now Assit and AI object on defining those prompt ( AI instruction) to avoid duplicate things and clear information ?
