incident sentiment analysis based on the work notes and additional comments and user email

Hi All,

I would like to know if there are any oob now assist skills that could help to run an sentiment analysis on the incident based on the service agent and users interaction in work-notes and additional comments i would like to calculate the +ve or  negative  trend in the incident based on the worknotes and user communication.

 

I am mainly looking to run on the incident and generate an analysis report on same.

With the latest patch upgrade, new skills may be added to ServiceNow automatically. You can verify if these skills are active by navigating to Now Assist Admin > Now Assist Features.

If you’d like to create custom skills tailored to your needs, you can do so using the Now Assist Skill Kit.
