Is typeahead suggestions configurable?

Use case - There are several catalog items (HR related) which should show up in search results when I type Login (catalog items do not have this word Login). I created synonyms as HR >Login and published the changes. I also add Login to tags, meta and description, indexed those fields. Now on Employee Center when I search for Login and hit enter, these catalog items show up. However, I would like them to appear in suggestions without having to hit enter right on the homepage search. Is this configurable somewhere? If not, what's the recommendation?

As far as I can tell from the docs, typeahead suggestions in ServiceNow are not configurable (you can’t manually inject synonyms into the dropdown)......the suggestion behavior is driven by internal logic (user clicks, popularity, existing indexed terms) and AI search autocomplete engine....
