List and Filters Task Completion

I believe I have completed the said tasks and still receiving "failed"  Could I be saving the work incorrectly? 

Displaying active incidents?  Yes

List was sorted to Critical-1?  Yes

Showing a 10 rows?  Yes

Any help would be greatly appreciated

Hello @bcbjr76 ,

List was sorted to Critical-1?  Yes - The only issue I see here is that they requested the results to be sorted by priority, not filtered by priority.
