Menu header in CSM

On the main homepage as a admin I can see "workspaces" menu item but as sn_customerservice_agent or sn_customerservice_customer" I can't see this icon. what can be the issue?

I check "ux_route" type ACL as well specific user role, everything is fine

@Tanushree Maiti  when impersonating with user to open csm workspace then I can see all list. But when impersonating and landing to any other page then "workspaces" menu icon on top is not visible and can't find while navigating it too.
