My agent issue

Type of Incident: Application
Selected Application: ServiceNow
When you use the Ask my agent - when entering it, indicating hi or hello it asks you what you would like to do, if you select I need more help, it ends the chat and thanks you for using our support chat.

How to resolve this issue.
