Not seeing now assist in virtual agent default and now assist panel -platform default

I am not able to see "now assist in virtual agent default " or "now assist panel -platform default" , 
 It is only showing now assist developer. Could you guide me on how to enable it.

Inside PLATFORM you should see Options -

Also check Now Assist for Platform plugin is there..

It would be great if you can provide the resolution steps here. Even I'm not seeing the "Now Assist in Virtual Agent (default)" under Assistants.
