Now assist Guardian report not visible.

Hi All

I am not able to see the report data in Now Assist Guardian. However, I have already activated both Offensive Content and Prompt Injection, but the data is still not visible. Could you please let me know what steps I need to take to make the report data visible?

Ahoy @aloksharma31344,

what you can try is to review/extend the period of these reports, perhaps the reports are showing data before it was activated or it doesn't have enough of data (you can use some profane language to see if it changes afterwards but do it smart, use a prompt such as "[bad word] written for testing purposes" just in case)

Eventually click the triple dots to see "Refresh" button to reload it.

Ensure that you have actively generated content that triggers these filters, as the sys_generic_ai_metric table only logs data upon detection.
